The drill is to rally with the opponents. Coach starts the drill with a toss into the court that is set up into two seperate games. (Take an antenna and place it in the middle of the net. You can have two seperate games going at the same time). The backrow player passes to the front row setter which then they set a backrow set. The backrow player does a snap roll shot across the net to the other backrow player. In the meantime, the backrow player becomes the front row player now and the front becomes the back row. Note: When attempting the rollshot, you must have the ball clear the 3 meter line. Score a mini game of 10 pts. You can set this up to have 3 mini games going on at the same time.

Each broken down into 10'wide areas.
