Damon has been the JV coach at Whittell for the last 7 years and the 8th grade coach at Kingsbury Middle School the last 4 years. He has won 4 striaght JV titles and 3 staright Tah Neva Middle School Championships.

He is the compute teacher at Kingsbury Middle School.

Damon is married to Kathy and has 2 boys, Quinn and Dylan.
