Volleyball Festival Registration Forms
Forms for registration for Volleyball Festival (June 29 - July 4) are Available Here. Please print out the forms then print the player's name where indicated on the forms.
A parent needs to sign the forms where indicated. The PLAYER also needs to sign where indicated on the "PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT" form.
Players who are High School Seniors will not be participating in the Volleyball Festival and do NOT need to complete the forms.
Please drop the completed and signed forms in the box on the front counter at the Club at your next practice.
Deadline for returning the forms is April 1, 2008!
