Two local teams from the Capital City Volleyball Club out of Carson City are seeded very high in the tournament. My main goal was to play and they assured me that I would play. I didn’t actually know I was going to go there until I visited.” Sbragia taking volleyball skills to Texas Tech University Sbragia will be just the third Dayton High graduate, and the first female, to play NCAA Division I athletics. Jeremy Kinney played baseball at the University of San Francisco, while Matt Bowman is currently playing baseball at the University of Nevada. Ford Earns America East Rookie of the Week Honors University of Hartford freshman setter Lindsay Ford earned America East Rookie of the Week honors on Monday.
